My Current Running Playlist

After my last post on tips to get yourself motivated to exercise, several people requested I post my running playlist.  I will warn you that sometimes I like all of these songs for a run, and sometimes I only like a few.  Sometimes, I just like one and play it the whole time ’cause I’m crazy like that.  These songs aren’t in any particular order or at any particular running pace.  I just like them.

When a song says (Radio) next to it, it means I use the radio version that doesn’t have any expletives.   You also can subscribe to my playlist on Spotify.  If you don’t know what that is, don’t fret.  I’m going to write about my favorite technology and apps in my next post.
