Last night, we went to dinner with some of the people who are volunteering at our babies home. We normally eat dinner at the guest house, so it was a treat to go somewhere. Usually, we walk everywhere, but we had to take a car to get to the restaurant. It was kind of a Muzunga’s dream. 🙂 Jeff and I both ordered pizza, and I actually got chocolate cake for dessert. It wasn’t as good as cake in the good ol’ USA, but it was as close as I’ve seen so far.
The restaurant was beautiful. Mom, you would’ve loved it! Everything was outdoors, but the tables were under little huts. They had strung lights up under them for the evening. I took a few pictures to show you.
U R right, I do love the look of the place. Who cares about the food if the ambience is wonderful, is the Massengale women's motto. Glad u got chocolate cake. Has to be better than granola bars.
