The other day after going to another room to do some chores, I returned to the living room to this scene. Maya was perched up on the couch, munching on some goldfish and ‘reading’ my Pottery Barn Kids magazine. I thought it was so cute that I had to snap a few pictures. I watched for a while, and she was really looking at all of the pictures and going through the magazine carefully. I asked her if she liked it, and she pointed to a particular bed and said very matter-of-fact, “I like this one. It’s pretty.” So sweet. 🙂
